コスパがいい鶏むね肉を使ったガッツリ丼ぶりのご紹介です。みそとマヨネーズを使うので、淡白な鶏むね肉もこってり味に大変身!

鶏むね肉の味噌マヨ漬け丼
2人分
材料:
鶏むね肉 1枚(250g)
■漬けだれ
みそ 大さじ2
マヨネーズ 大さじ2
砂糖 小さじ1
サラダ油 小さじ1
ごはん 丼2杯分
刻みのり 適量
温泉卵 2個
青ねぎ(小口切り)適量
糸唐辛子 適量
作り方:
1.鶏むね肉にフォークで穴をあける。全体をまんべんなく刺したら、厚さ1cm程度のそぎ切りにする。
2.ボウルに味噌、マヨネーズ、砂糖を入れてよく練り混ぜる。
3.(2) に(1) を加えてよくもみこみ、表面にぴったりとラップをかけて冷蔵庫に入れ、15分ほど漬け込む。
4.フライパンにサラダ油を入れて中火で熱し、(3)を並べて焼く。焼き色がついたらうら返し、蓋をしめて2分ほど蒸し焼きにする。肉に火が通ったら皿などに取り出す。
5.どんぶりにごはんを盛り、刻みのりをのせる。(4)を並べて中央に温泉卵をのせ、青ねぎと糸唐辛子を散らしたら、完成!
Chicken miso-mayo DONBURI
Servings: 2
INGREDIENTS
250g chicken breast
■Marinade sauce
2 tablespoons miso
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
2 bowls steamed rice
Some dried seaweed
2 poached eggs
Some scallion pieces
Some chili threads
PREPARATION
1. Poke chicken with a fork. Slice into 1cm pieces.
2. Mix miso, mayonnaise, and sugar in a bowl.
3. Marinate chicken (1) in the miso-mayo sauce (2), plastic-wrap it. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
4. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat, place marinated chicken (3). Flip when golden and shimmer for 2 minutes with a lid on. Transfer chicken to a plate when cooked.
5. Put steamed rice in a bowl. Sprinkle some dried seaweed. Place chicken (4) and put a poached egg in the center. Top with scallion and chili threads. Enjoy!
